SonArt Records have recently launched a new CD of Antonio Vivaldi’s The Four Seasons exquisitely performed by the master of the panpipe, Gheorghe Zamfir, accompanied by TRAFFIC STRINGS quintet.
Until Know this album has impressed listeners with its fresh approach to “The Seasons”, as the violin is replaced by the solo panpipe.
The Orchestration was created by the musician Lucian Moraru specially for Gheorghe Zamfir, this recording celebrate 50 years of successful international career.
This production is a world premiere. As you now there are many recordings according to the original score (for solo violine & chamber orchestra) for A. Vivaldi The Four Seasons, but this an unique production.
